Very informative! A piece of revolutionary war history that sees the first real conflict of Burgoyne's campaign in 1777. A must place to visit!
It was authentic I learned a lot about colonials
Nice small visitors center with an interactive map and trails across the battlefield with information on the action. Also a half dozen Pokestops and a gym on site if that motivates anyone.
The Hill has a highly cinematic feel to it. You can stand next to the information center and very easily imagine the lines of men coming over the crest. The area is lovely with mountain views all around.
This place in Hubbarton is the only place that a battle was fought in Vermont. The guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. It isn't a very big museum, but the logistics of having a battle up there were tough to do.
