Absolutely horrible experience with Castleton Motors. I would put zero stars if I could. The way that I was treated was absolutely disheartening. After months and months of searching for a specific car I had found one on Pat's lot (Castleton Motors). I had gone in to get my loan approved and had everything set and ready to go. I was told that I would know about the approval first thing Monday morning. Monday morning I gave Pat a call to find that he had sold the car that I had a pending loan on and was guaranteed first in line for. Super shady business, I would definitely keep an eye out if you are going to consider buying from Castleton Motors.
